Another year has passed, and we continue to be humbled by the ongoing support of our community partners. Those partnerships brought about many positive changes over the past year, including: the addition of Theraplay (Family Life Counseling); Multi-Systemic Therapy (Anthony’s Villa); Huron County’s first youth prevention coalition, A.R.I.S.E. (HCFCFC); the expansion of the OhioRISE benefits program (Harbor/ODM); the addition of Youth Peer Support (Ohio Guidestone); the Community Health Worker support (Goodwill Industries); the continuation of the telehealth program to support youth on a waitlist for local behavioral health supports (ODCY/FCFC); Life Coach supports (HCFCFC); the expansion of experiential and animal-assisted learning opportunities (Love Grows Love/ Hope Restored); the addition of a local school-based Sources of Strength Trainer (Huron County Sheriff); and the list goes on.

As our 3-year Shared Plan comes to a close, we are excited to begin working towards our new priorities for SFY26-SFY28 with our local partners:

• Development of youth coping and resiliency skills

• The expansion of Family Therapy options and relationship-building programs

• Youth substance use and suicide prevention

• Early childhood-focused intervention (upstream)

We have come to the realization that positive relationships are powerful, not only for the families we work with but also the collective impact that we can make as a community when we focus on a shared vision for positive change!!
